OUR SPIRITUAL LEADER


Dr. Doral Reginald Pulley celebrates over 40 years in ministry and has worked almost every capacity of the Church. He has traveled across the country spreading the Word of God in an innovative manner that empowers people to change. He is known for his ability to effectively train church leaders and to stimulate holistic growth and development.
At an early age, Dr. Pulley became aware of his true identity as a son of God and demonstrated a love of God and church, which distinguished him from other children. He accepted his call to ministry at the age of 7 and was licensed as a minister at 12. He has served several churches in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area as assistant, associate, or senior pastor.
In 1992, Dr. Pulley graduated Magna Cum Laude from Morgan with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Religious Studies and Theology. He received his Masters of Science in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola College of Maryland in 1996 and his Certificate of Advanced Study in 2000. He graduated in May 2010 with a Doctorate of Ministry in Pastoral Psychology from Graduate Theological Foundation.
Dr. Pulley is certified as a mental health professional by the National Board of Professional Counselors and by the State of Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. After 20 years of service, he retired from being the Assistant Principal of St. Frances Academy, an inner city Catholic high school.
Dr. Pulley is the President and CEO of the Church of the Everlasting Kingdom, a network of local assemblies, ministries and businesses throughout the United States who manifest the Kingdom of God right here on earth.
Dr. Pulley was introduced to New Thought Christianity in 1996. Under the auspices of the Rev. Dr. Mary A. Tumpkin in 2009, he decided to further his metaphysical studies. In 2014, he graduated from the Johnnie Colemon Theological Seminary‘s Previously Ordained Clergy Program and received credentials from the Universal Foundation for Better Living, an international association of New Thought Christian churches, organizations, centers and study groups dedicated to spreading the abundant life teachings of Jesus the Christ.
In August 2014, he moved to the Tampa Bay Area to pursue full-time ministry. In 2017, he became the founding Spiritual Leader of Today's Church with two locations in Tampa and St. Petersburg, FL. In addition to pastoring, preaching, teaching, counseling, and writing, Dr. Pulley is the proud father of two beautiful twin daughters, Brittney and Courtney, one son, Doral, II and granddaughter Tyler Jade.
