CHRISTIANITY

We believe in the fundamental principles of Christianity and follow the teachings of Jesus. The Bible is our primary text, and Jesus is our central figure. We are bound by love, unity, and compassion, not by religion, denominationalism, or any institution or practice that oppresses people or promotes prejudice or discrimination of any kind.

THE BIBLE

We read, study, research, preach, teach, quote and interpret the Bible in a way that is sensible, practical and life-changing. We celebrate biblical sacraments, not rituals, through the understanding that their spiritual significance is relevant for today. Examples include and are not limited to: baptism, Holy Communion, marriage, blessing of children, anointing of oil for the sick, transitions, and ordinations.

JESUS THE WAYSHOWER

We believe that Jesus is our Wayshower, our example of what it means to be fully human and fully divine. We pattern our lives after him by being who he was, saying what he said and doing what he did and even greater works. We follow Jesus as the perfect pattern through the life cycle of our lives: pre-existence with God, birth, life, ministry, death, burial, resurrection, ascension and Second Coming.

THREEFOLD BEINGS

We believe that God expresses through the triunity of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe that individuals are threefold beings (spirit, soul and body). Our spirit is perfect, whole and complete and we have divine unlimited potential. Our soul is composed of mind/thinking, heart/feelings, intellect/processing, will/decision-making. Our body is more than the physical form; it is anything that manifests in the results in health, wealth and relationships.

THE LAW OF LOVE

We believe that we are spiritual beings living in a spiritual universe (one word) that is governed by one Spiritual Law, the law of Love, and seven supporting Kingdom Principles for Divine living. Love is the Kingdom Journey of every soul. Love is always our intention and guides our way of being, perceiving, thinking, speaking, and acting. Love is the all-encompassing fruit of the Spirit. Other fruits of the Spirit (joy, peace, self-control, kindness, gentleness) are manifestations of love through various life challenges.

THE PRINCIPLE OF DIVINE NATURE

We believe the nature of God is love. We love God, ourselves, and everyone else. Who we are is divine, created in the image and likeness of God. As we are one with God, our good manifests in all areas of our lives. There is no separation from God nor any form of life. We treat every person, place, and circumstance in our lives with love, acceptance, honor, and respect. We manifest the Kingdom of God that lives within us through love, righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

THE PRINCIPLE OF DIVINE PURPOSE

We believe that the general divine purpose for all life is to conform to the image of the Christ consciousness. Every being is born with a divine purpose, our why, to be discovered and fulfilled. We cannot transition from this life (abundant life) to the next dimension of life (eternal life) until we fulfill our purpose. We manifest the character of God through the fruit of the Spirit, the power of God through the gifts of the Spirit and the offices of God through five-fold ministry.

THE PRINCIPLE OF DIVINE ORDER

We believe that there is a Divine Order in the universe and everything that happens in this life is according to that Divine Order. Life situations occur precisely how God intended. We do not believe in accidents, coincidences or mistakes. We live our lives free from regret, guilt or shame because we know that God divinely orchestrates everything in life. We engage in spiritual practices to develop our souls, empower our soul’s alignment with God’s divine order and manifest good in our bodies (results). Methods include and are not limited to denials and affirmations, stillness and silence, meditation, journaling, forgiveness, gratitude, and giving.

THE PRINCIPLE OF DIVINE TIMING

We believe that there is a Divine Timing in the universe and that everything happens according to that Divine Timing. Life situations take place precisely when God intended. We do not believe in missing God or missed opportunities. We live our lives free of haste, worry and procrastination because we know that perfectly in tune and lockstep with God’s divine timing.

THE PRINCIPLE OF DIVINE PLACEMENT

We believe there is a Divine Placement in the universe. We are precisely where we are supposed to be spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, geographically, financially, educationally, vocationally, relationally and socially. We are mindfully open to receive all of the lessons and the blessings that God bestowed for us in each place. We live our lives free of complaints, comparison, and criticism because we know that everyone is where they are supposed to be in every area of their lives.

THE PRINCIPLE OF DIVINE PROVISION

We believe that God has already provided everything that we need naturally and spiritually. We believe that God is our source of perfect health, wealth and harmony in all relationships. God provides what we need. God gives us the desires of our heart as we employ our faith to bring our good from the heavenly realm of an idea into the earthly realm of manifestation. Giving our time, talents and treasure cheerfully, freely and liberally with no strings attached amplifies our results. We live our lives free from want, poverty, lack or limitation because we know the truth of God’s provision of abundance, increase, overflow and more than enough.

THE PRINCIPLE OF DIVINE PROTECTION

We believe that God divinely protects and encompasses us with a hedge of protection. Anything that gets through that hedge of protection to us was meant to be and intended for God’s glory and our good. We live our lives free of fear, worry, doubt and anxiety because our self and possessions are watched over and protected by God’s angels. We honor, revere and respect God as the One Power and the One Presence in the Universe, the Spirit of Absolute Good.
